Grandma, who is somewhat out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now sprinting through the city to evade capture. Fearing she’ll be recaptured and sent back to the asylum, she needs to cover a specific distance to stay safe. Not only are nurses in pursuit, armed with straitjackets, but she also faces numerous obstacles—sharp turns, holes, fences, and other “exciting” hazards along her path. As she dashes through the streets to escape the nurses, she also collects gold coins scattered along the way, adding an extra layer of fun to her frantic escape.
