How to Play Scuffed Uno:
To increase your chances of winning, employ various strategies primarily focused on discarding all your cards before your opponents. On your turn, you must match the top card’s color or number to play a card from your hand. If you don’t have a playable card, draw from the pile until you find one. When you’re down to your last card, press the “UNO” button to avoid penalty cards — missing your turn or drawing two extra cards.

Game Components:
Number Cards:
– Total of 108 cards, constituting 70% of the deck.
– Four colors, each with 19 cards numbered from 0 to 9.
– Distribution: One zero card and two of each other number per color.
Action and Wild Cards:
– Remaining 30% comprises action cards and wild cards.
– Action cards (per color, two of each):
– Skip: The next player misses their turn.
– Reverse: Changes the play’s direction.
– Draw Two: The next player draws two cards and loses their turn.
– Wild Cards (four of each type):
– Wild: Allows the player to choose any color.
– Wild Draw Four: Declares the next color and compels the following player to draw four cards.
